Flora’s Request
Flora is waiting for you at the flower shop near the Mondstadt City gate. She asks you to collect three specific flowers: Cecilia, Small Lamp Grass, and Windwheel Aster. These flowers are rare and can be found in various locations around the city.
Cecilia’s Location
To find Cecilia, teleport to the Star-Nourishing Court and head east. You’ll find the flower on a cliff overlooking the city.
Small Lamp Grass’s Location
Teleport to the Seven Statues of the Forest and head east. You’ll find the Small Lamp Grass growing in the nearby forest.
Windwheel Aster’s Location
Teleport to Windrise and head left. You’ll find the Windwheel Aster growing near the windmills.
Reporting to Flora
After collecting the three flowers, return to Flora and talk to her again. She’ll ask you to bring her the Tanpopo seeds.
Collecting Tanpopo Seeds
To collect the Tanpopo seeds, use your wind skills to pick them from the nearby grass. You can find the seeds near the Mondstadt City gate, just a few steps away from Flora’s flower shop.
Conclusion
After completing the quest, you’ll receive the rewards and the quest "Flighty Flora… and Flora" will be completed.
