Mission Description: Help Esther conduct an environmental survey around Dragonspine.
Objectives:
- Talk to Esther
- Collect 4 Survey Beacons
- Talk to Esther
- Set up 4 Survey Beacons
- Talk to Esther
Getting Started: Head to the north boundary of Dragonspine and find Esther. She will tell you that the survey beacons she left behind are being obstructed by the Hilichurl camp and asks for your help.
Surviving the Cold: Be aware that the area has a freezing climate, and your character will gradually lose HP due to the cold. Stay near fire sources or heat pillars to avoid excessive cold damage.
Finding the Survey Beacons: The first three beacons are located along the path. The fourth beacon is hidden on a small hill, and you can find it by following the highlighted path.
Overcoming Obstacles: Be cautious of the large Frost Worms and Hilichurls that roam the area. You can avoid fighting them if you’re not ready.
Setting Up the Survey Beacons: Place the beacons in the designated areas to complete the objectives.
The Final Conversation: Return to Esther and report that you have set up all 4 survey beacons. This will complete the World Quest "The Great Mountain Survey."
Additional Tips:
- Make sure to explore the area thoroughly to find all the survey beacons.
- If you’re having trouble finding the fourth beacon, try using the Teleport Waypoints to get a better view of the area.
- Be prepared for a challenging fight if you encounter a Frost Worm or Hilichurl.
