The War Within Fury Warrior Build
The goal of this build is to maximize the Enrage buff uptime, as this buff window allows both increased damage and speed. It is crucial to use abilities as much as possible during this period. The "Rampage" talent automatically enrages the warrior, while "Bloodthirst" enrages the warrior 30% of the time when used.
Talent Explanation
Fury Warriors have a variety of talents that focus on single-target damage and AoE damage. Slayer builds focus on rapid AoE damage and swift downing of additional targets, while Thane builds prioritize sustained AoE damage.
The Thane build excels at single-target damage, but may not be the best choice for prolonged combat. Slayer builds, on the other hand, are ideal for situations where adding extra targets becomes crucial, making them the recommended build.
Mythic Plus Guide
For most Mythic Plus scenarios, extended combat against additional targets is unlikely. Slayer builds, then, take center stage, providing increased burst damage and swift elimination of extra targets. High-key difficulty and protracted combat situations may be best suited for the Thane build.
Execution
The execution is where Slayer builds truly shine, providing increased attack and ability trigger likelihood. Slayer’s Strike is the ideal ability for delivering damage and landing a "Marked for Execution" debuff on the target. When three stacks of Marked for Execution accumulate, Sudden Death takes effect, allowing any target to execute Execute regardless of health.
Maximize damage output by executing Sudden Death, which will activate Execute three times with 15% increased damage and potentially three times more due to Imminent Demise.
Timing is Key
Stacks of Marked for Execution must be consumed before each Execute to achieve maximum damage. Only execute with a three-stack buffer and an activated Sudden Death, prioritizing timing.
