The eerie Wood Side Apartments, a place where the lines between reality and nightmare are blurred. Here, you’ll find three cryptic notes that hold the key to unlocking the secrets of this forsaken place.
Note #19: Management Memo
As you descend the stairs, a note awaits you on the locker room wall. It reads: "Upon entering the apartment, take the stairs to the 3rd floor and find the memo in the closet of apartment 310."
Note #20: Strange Memo
After obtaining the key to the 2F small staircase, head to apartment 213 and use the key to unlock the door. Then, ascend the stairs to the 3rd floor and find the memo in the closet of apartment 310.
Note #21: Ominous Memo
Hidden on the wall of apartment 312, this note can only be accessed by passing through the balcony of apartment 310.
Blue Creek Apartments
No notes can be found in this eerie apartment complex.
South Vale (West)
After meeting Maria, head west along Nathan Avenue until you reach the end of the road, where you’ll find a note on the body of a deceased person.
Note #22: Bloody Memo
This note can only be accessed in New Game+ mode. The code to the safe in the Lakeview Hotel is 1887. This note serves as a replacement for the lost item memo in New Game+ mode, allowing you to unlock the trophy/achievement.

Note #65: Housekeeping Memo #2
Located in the 3rd floor conference room, this note is hidden near the fireplace.
Note #66: Housekeeping Memo #3
Found in room 107, this note is easily accessible.
Note #67: Keypad Number Memo
In the employee section, you’ll find three gemstones. Use the gemstone from the puzzle box on the manager’s desk to unlock the door. Rotate the symbols on the background image to match the colors: green (left top), red (right top), and blue (left bottom).
Lakeview Hotel (Otherworld)
Note #68: Burned Memo
Take the elevator to the basement from the 2nd floor, then navigate through the flooded basement and ascend the stairs to the employee section. Retrieve the note from the manager’s desk.
